Order Processing
All orders are processed within 48 hours of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details as soon as your order is placed.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, delivery takes 3–7 business days. Most orders arrive within this window — during peak periods it can occasionally take a little longer. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.
If you have not received your order within 10 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at support@truvoo.nl and we will sort it out for you.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. TRUVOO is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date. We will investigate and offer a replacement or full refund where applicable.
